Multiple Stopwatches With Hotkeys & Decimal Hours

Mode

Parallel mode keeps every stopwatch running together - perfect for tracking multiple athletes, workstations, or projects.

No stopwatches yet.

Create your first two stopwatches to track parallel projects, athletes, lab samples, or session roles. Each timer can carry a name, macro group, keyboard hotkey, and lap history.

Why run multiple stopwatches

Single-stopwatch apps only cover one participant or one task. This dashboard keeps dozens of efforts visible at once, then translates everything to decimal hours so the recordings slide into timesheets, payroll summaries, or lab logs without extra math.

  • Track billable time across parallel client projects and copy decimal hours into invoicing tools.
  • Time every speaker on a panel or every person in a stand-up so the meeting flow stays balanced.
  • Assign timers to lab samples, quality checks, or assembly steps to surface process bottlenecks.
  • Capture each runner or lane during workouts, with laps proving interval consistency.

Because everything runs locally, the board keeps timing even when you switch tabs, lose Wi-Fi for a moment, or toss the dashboard into fullscreen view on a spare monitor.

Popular use cases

Sports & training

Parallel intervals and lap policing

Give each lane or athlete a dedicated stopwatch, use parallel mode for simultaneous heats, and rely on lap logs to compare best splits.

Panels & stand-ups

Switch mode for fair airtime

Assign a stopwatch to each speaker, toggle with hotkeys, and capture who used how much runtime for transparent retros.

Client & agency work

Billable decimal hours

Track every project or retainer thread all day, then export decimal-hour totals that paste directly into payroll or invoicing software.

Labs, QA, and manufacturing

Macro groups for workflows

Start or pause related workstations in a single click, log laps for each phase, and export timestamps for audit-ready documentation.

How the tool stays accurate

Every stopwatch uses the browser's high-resolution clock. When you hit Start we capture the timestamp, then update elapsed time each animation frame. Pausing stores the accumulated milliseconds, and resuming keeps stacking on top, so totals remain stable even when you switch tabs or let the window sleep for a moment.

  • Parallel mode runs every stopwatch simultaneously-perfect for tracking multiple athletes or workstations.
  • Switch mode enforces focus by pausing the rest whenever you start one stopwatch, great for meeting facilitation.
  • Hotkeys (1-9, Q, W, E, R, A, S, D, F) toggle individual timers without hunting for buttons.
  • Macro groups A, B, and C let you blast start/pause commands across related stopwatches in a single click.
  • Laps capture an exact timestamp, print the lap number, and append to exports for audit trails.
  • Decimal hours display with three decimal places so payroll formulas and client invoices stay clean.

Data lives in local storage only. Refresh the page or pin the tab and your stopwatches stay put until you reset them or clear your browser cache.
